摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW: To analyse the prevalence of and sex age distribution associated with antidepressant antipsychotic drug exposure in general population to highlight recent epidemiological findings concerning specific adverse outcomes exposure. RECENT FINDINGS: Epidemiological studies indicate high rates second-generation use population. The is more prevalent among women than men, older rather younger groups. A new pattern has been described individuals exposed newer agents, including a possible risk suicidal acts adults receiving antidepressants, cerebrovascular events antipsychotics metabolic disturbances antipsychotics.
