摘要: Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is associated with a high incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI), an abrupt loss function near doubling mortality at 1 year. In addition to the direct threat HF itself poses function, beneficial effects commonly prescribed treatments must be weighed against their potentially adverse on glomerular perfusion. Consequently, there urgent need identify early markers for AKI in ADHF facilitate timely implementation supportive measures minimize damage and improve outcomes. The recent recognition diagnostic potential circulating microRNAs presents address this gap if specific can identified serial plasma, serum and/or urine samples from well-phenotyped cohorts patients, including proportion AKI. This review summarizes emerging prognostic microRNA biomarkers (serum, plasma or urine)
