摘要: Abstract Methods for stabilizing the enzymes of tryptophan synthetic pathway in extracts Bacillus subtilis have been developed and are described. Examination fourteen auxotrophs showed only one enzymatic activity to be missing each case. The size first four was estimated by gel filtration. Synthesis during derepression appears coordinate, as is case other bacteria where structural genes clustered.
