摘要: Logistic regression analysis based on data from 822 Han Chinese oldest old aged 92+ demonstrated that interactions between carrying FOXO1A-266 or FOXO3-310 FOXO3-292 and tea drinking at around age 60 present time were significantly associated with lower risk of cognitive disability advanced ages. Associations reduced much stronger among carriers the genotypes compared noncarriers, it was reconfirmed by three-way across FOXO genotypes, 60, time. Based prior findings animal human cell models, we postulate intake compounds may activate gene expression, which in turn positively affect function population. Our empirical imply health benefits particular nutritional interventions, including drinking, may, part, depend upon individual genetic profiles.
