摘要: Over the past few decades, use of thermal analysis (TA) methods has become widespread; more recently, they have been introduced in forensic science, even though their still is rather limited as compared with predominant analytical tools. Also, measuring principles and potential TA would not yet seem to be very widely known among science community. The following contribution therefore first centers on basics process type information obtained plus state art equipment technology for major methods, i. e. differential (DTA)/differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG), thermomechanical (TMA). Many attempts made couple other instance interface a thermobalance mass spectrometer. This development, which may hold particular promise field, also considered. next subject covered applications TA. picture rounded out by discussion present work, dealing current problems.
