摘要: Four detailed cases of delusions misidentification (DM) are presented: two the reflected self, one reverse intermetamorphosis, and reduplicative paramnesia. The discussed in context three levels interpretation: neurological, cognitive phenomenological. findings compared to previous work with DM patients, particularly Ellis Young (1990; Young, 1998) who found that loss normal affective response familiar faces was a contributing factor Capgras delusion. four presented suggest this particular deficit is not critical development other forms DM.
