摘要: Ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid-based dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction procedure (UA-IL-DLLME) was developed for determination of trace levels patent blue V prior to its by UV–visible spectrophotometry. Patent extracted from 25-mL sample into a 100-μL volume liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim][PF6]), with the aid sonication in an ultrasonic bath. Several variables affecting efficiency were optimized. Under optimum experimental conditions, detection limit (3 s) 0.68 μg L−1, and preconcentration factor 100. The relative standard deviation six replicate determinations 4.5 %. method applied food samples. proposed is effective, very simple, fast.
