摘要: Intraovarian growth factors play a significant role in the regulation of follicular selection and growth. In this study, presence localization all members family platelet-derived (PDGF) receptors (PDGFR) were identified characterized rat ovary. addition, was for contributing towards preantral follicles. Real-time PCR revealed mRNA (Pdgfa, Pdgfb, Pdgfc Pdgfd) (Pdgfra Pdgfrb) ovary from birth until 4 wk. situ hybridization immunohistochemistry utilized to identify cell-type expression PDGFs PDGFRs ovaries Shortly after birth, PDGFRA PDGFC observed around oocyte clusters, PDGFRB stromal cells surrounding clusters. All oocytes primordial primary follicles, theca layer antral PDGFA also localized some granulosa secondary follicles rats at Days 20 24. Thus, data suggest both theca-theca theca-granulosa cell interactions receptors. Preantral cultured vitro over 5 days serum-free medium plus recombinant PDGFAA, PDGFAB, or PDGFBB increased follicle diameter by 18.32%+/-2.18%, 17.72%+/-2.3%, 17.6%+/-1.81%, respectively, representing significantly greater increases than incubated alone (11%+/-1.57%), suggesting these positively influencing early
