摘要: Cryo-electron microscopy of vitreous sections (CEMOVIS) is, in principle, the ultimate method specimen preparation. It consists ultra-rapid cooling a sizable sample biological material that is cut into thin sections. These are subsequently observed at low temperature their fully hydrated state. Here, we show CEMOVIS reveals native state cells and tissues with unprecedented quality resolution.
