摘要: Tomato breeders have hitherto selected for yield, uniformity and disease resistance rather than internal qualities such as taste that depend on appropriate amounts proportions of many different constituents. In order to improve quality it is necessary find balanced donor parents with high contents these individual constituents in develop this strategy. A methodology evaluate all together also necessary. This work characterizes classifies accessions Lycopersicon assist the selection several qualities. Thirty-eight L. esculentum, pimpinellifolium, hirsutum, pennellii peruvianum been studied, their vitamin C content characteristics measured. Some variables studied are complex since chemical involved (pH, °Brix (SSC), titratable acidity), whereas other (vitamin C, oxalic acid, malic citric fructose, glucose sucrose). Therefore, components analysed by using precise analytical techniques (capillary zone electrophoresis) statistical methods (principal component, cluster GGE biplot analyses) comparisons be made not only among these, but controls (four breeding lines one commercial hybrid). All analyses performed allowed both a good classification materials made. Two pimpinellifolium very interesting use first steps tomato programmes, they shown three times intensity controls. Furthermore, characterization (citric, malic, ascorbic acids, glucose, sucrose, etc.) has found tool classify select germplasm attributes.
