摘要: An integrated structure is provided for processing various forms of imprecise preference information in the context multicriteria impact assessments. Linear programming formulations generate best-t value function models and associated ranking alternatives, both when preferences are over-determined (leading to potential inconsistencies) or incomplete. In latter context, algorithm identies a range possible rank orders decision alternatives under consideration, consistent with provided. The approach primarily aimed at structuring opinions experts concerning desirability dierent actions terms technical aspects, intended as input into nal political making process. It demonstrated that described here can be implemented modest levels eort by experts.
