摘要: Abstract Infectious diseases usually occur in response to the highly intensive rearing conditions fish farms. The use of feed additives is still one most practical options field aquaculture. Therefore, this study aimed at evaluating impact raffinose on growth rate, antioxidative status, and immunity Nile tilapia. For 60 days, fed five test diets with 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 g/kg. FBW was increased by feeding 0.5 or 1 g/kg levels over control, whereas no significances were observed among other groups. Feeding tilapia WG SGR decreased FCR regards control. activity SOD enhanced all levels, while GPX improved 1.5 On contrary, concentration MDA raffinose, lowest levels. lysozyme level without significant differences phagocytic index also boosted 0 Taking together, dietary increases performances, immune responses 0.85–1.37 g per kg diet recommended for species nutrition.
