摘要: A low cost and compact pulsed power supply was developed to drive a sliding discharge-based plasma reactor with >15 kV voltages at repetition rates of multi-kilohertz. In the first stage generation, small DC voltage (e.g. 12 V) converted 2.5 AC 50 kHz using commercially available oscillator circuit, followed an AC-DC conversion into ∼18 four-stage Cockcroft-Walton multiplier. The second pulse formation pulses ∼20 ns rise time achieved spark gap-switched, self-regulated capacitive discharging circuit. discharge powered high varying voltages. Up 4 rate tested for average 3 W. ozone production by system as function voltage, rate, gas flow is discussed. Utility device chemical demonstrated help example synthesis form air.
