摘要: Abstract Objectives The favorable CC genotype at rs12979860 upstream of the interleukin (IL)-28B gene is correlated with a greater post-treatment sustained virologic response rate in chronic hepatitis C infected patients. We report on our validation clinical genotyping assay for polymorphisms IL28B locus. Design and methods was determined using TaqMan® Real-Time PCR allelic discrimination primers probes specific T alleles Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast System. Results by concordant genotypes obtained from reference laboratory. frequency similar to that reported HapMap project (rs12979860 C = 0.65, T = 0.35) did not deviate Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion Clinical availability this conjunction other factors will allow prediction individual patient's therapy.
