摘要: Serial cephalometric radiographs of 165 children have been used to analyze age-associated changes in the saddle angle (Ba-S-N). There are mean decreases this about 5 degrees from birth 2 years those with either a Class I or II occlusion; later slight. The values tend be slightly smaller boys than II. Generally, means larger girls but adults sex difference is reverse direction while remaining It reasonable conclude that change dominant first two years. Even after pubescence not constant much smaller. variability greater for individuals and its 12 Almost all median increments negative; is, flexure cranial base age particularly if begin at available radigraph. This tendency more marked then occlusion. markedly variable each occlusion group large occurring some individuals. Correlations between angles different ages high; shows constancy relative levels correlations small; presumably reflects small sizes these error terms. In present positively correlated Ba-N length, correlation vault length stature near zero. These findings show there within although, as noted earlier, size particular serial data unusual generally decreases.
