摘要: Cellular telecommunications technology is currently undergoing deployment in the top 90 markets United States, and a number of foreign countries. AT&T developed cellular radio concept, nurtured it through years government regulatory delay other roadblocks, has played major role implementation this significant share country. This paper will discuss some more recent concepts engineering tools by AT&T, as well practical problems being encountered.
