摘要: Abstract PURPOSE: To describe a case of exudative retinal capillary hemangioma treated with photodynamic therapy that resulted in an improvement clinical appearance and visual acuity. DESIGN: Interventional report. METHODS: A 55-year-old Asian man presented large peripheral the left eye causing serous detachment, cystoid macular edema, best-corrected acuity 20/200. The was three successive sessions verteporfin (PDT). RESULTS: With 10 months follow-up after initial treatment, involution hemangioma, reduction subretinal fluid, to 20/80 seen. CONCLUSION: Photodynamic may be effective treatment option select cases hemangioma.
