摘要: Mitral valve surgery was performed in 59 patients with severe pulmonary hypertension (average systolic artery pressure 77.1±18.6mmHg; range 50-115mmHg) between 1983 and 1990. Thirtyeight had been subjected to mitral replacement, 16 both aortic 5 open commissurotomy, an operative (30 day) mortality of 5.0%. These 3 deaths happened during the early postoperative period. Survivors were followed up for a period ranging from 6 months 7 years mean 36 months. Four late (7.1%) occurred replacement. Actuarial survival 93±3% at years, 90.7±4.4% years. Right ventricular catheterization on 14 38 following operation. Systolic decreased 77.1±18.6 39.7±14.0mmHg (p<0.001) 90% survivors New York Heart Association Class 1 or II compared 23.7% preoperatively. The clinical hemodynamic findings this series suggest that is not contraindication, decreases significantly after surgery.
