This leads to determination choices uncertainty conditions. In this paper problem an energetic environmental requalification is analyzed. kind emphasizes need for integration economics environment so multicriteria approach required; particular analytic hierarchy process applied detailed sensitivity analysis performed using software package, Expert Choice.
