摘要: Background: Clodronic acid is a bisphosphonate used in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal bone loss. Previous evidence suggests direct dose-response relationship for densitometric effect clodronic acid. Therefore, as it widely accepted that reduction dosing frequency bisphosphonates may improve adherence therefore therapeutic outcomes, an increase interval between consecutive administrations might be associated with concomitant overall dose received. However, to our knowledge, comparison effects intramuscular 100 mg once weekly regimen consisting higher longer two still lacking.
