摘要: Although there is evidence that estradiol has effects in women and animal models to reduce anxiety depressive behavior enhance performance some cognitive tasks, this not seen among all individuals. Given the interaction between hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal function, we hypothesized an individual's prior exposure stress may mitigate of subsequent estradiol. To address this, rats were exposed gestational stress, or not, determine if during development alters behavioral responses adulthood.
