Large Area Graphene Synthesis and its Applications

摘要: Abstract : Graphene, a two-dimensional(2D) hexagonal carbon lattice is an attractive material because of its exceptional electrical properties, especially high mobility combined with mechanical and thermal stability. However, graphene applications are still limited to cases in which defect densities small scale random quality fluctuations can be tolerated. For the realization graphene-based devices, we have successfully synthesized large area by chemical vapor deposition, characterized morphology physical properties aberration corrected electron microscopy, demonstrated various functional nanoelectronic devices.
