摘要: A waterless hand cleaner formulation includes an organic solvent, a quantity of water and surfactant present to form gelatinous emulsion. The emulsion is loaded with 0.1 25 total weight percent natural essential oil having topical antimicrobial activity. Oil oregano particularly well suited for this application.
