Zeolite membranes can be disposed onto an intermediate pore size modification layer which reduces the inorganic porous support. The minimizes defects in zeolite provides a more continuous uniform membrane. structure form honeycomb monolith. applications for include, example, ultra-filtration gas or liquid fluids, biological assays cell culture surfaces.
