摘要: A switching converter has a self-driven bipolar junction transistor (BJT) synchronous rectifier. The BJT rectifier includes and parallel-connected diode, low forward voltage drop. In first portion of cycle, main switch is on the off. Current flows from an input, through switch, inductor, to output. also second turned off but inductor currents continue flow. ground node, rectifier, due drawing base current BJT. one example, split-source NFET that conducts separate two inductors.
