摘要: The present invention relates to an interferometer for x-rays, in particular hard obtaining quantitative x-ray images from object, comprising: a) source, preferably a standard polly chromatic b) diffractive beam splitter grating other than Bragg crystal, transmission geometry, c) position-sensitive detector with spatially modulated detection sensitivity having number of individual pixels; d) means recording the phase- stepping approach; and e) evaluating intensities each pixel series order identify characteristic object as absorption dominated and/or differential phase contrast scattering pixel.
