摘要: The invention provides methods and compositions for treating subjects using Grb7 antagonists. Specifically disclosed are antagonists that bind selectively to interfere with the ability of its native ligands. These useful in prevention treatment disorders characterized by abnormal interaction ligands (e.g., ErbB2).
