摘要: Gingival recessions are usually treated with surgical therapies which involve the use of connective tissue autograft in order to thicken gingival tissue. This has an important biological repercussion on patients since they will have wounds two different oral cavity sites. In this case report, we offer alternative technique for treatment a Miller class I recession. A 40-year-old female patient been combination bilaminar and coronally advance flap techniques cover recession addition cryopreserved human amniotic membrane. The membrane employed keratinized produced aesthetically functionally satisfying results, covering completely restoring natural colour thickness gingiva.
