摘要: Many efforts have been devoted in developing technologies to remove emerging organic pollutants from freshwater systems. This chapter examined the applications of environmental friendly technology based on fungal-mediated treatment for degradation ingredients personal care products (PCPs), which are frequently detected at relevant concentrations aquatic environment. PCPs daily-use used large quantity that includes several groups substances (UV filters, preservatives, fragrances, etc.). Removal efficiencies reported varied significantly among different experimental set-up, substance, and type fungi. The mechanisms factors governing by fungi, mainly white-rot fungi their specific lignin-modifying enzymes, reviewed discussed. Beyond, identification intermediate metabolites produced as well pathways available some presented.
