摘要: Olivine-type LiFePO4 has been an interesting material in the development of catalysts and lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. In this study, we propose a new method for growing thin films crystals directly on SUS substrates using flux coating. Molten NaCl–KCl promoted formation individual with well-defined facets surrounded by {100}, {110}, {201} faces highly oriented along [100] direction. The attached tightly to substrate, implying that crystal growth began at surface via heterogeneous nucleation, driven supersaturation flux. We further demonstrated infrared light–heating furnace system, which reduced fabrication time from several hours less than 30 min. Rapid heating cooling effectively suppressed corrosion substrate caused
