摘要: Abstract Vibrational spectroscopy using a combination of infrared and Raman has been used to study the uranyl micas also known as autunite minerals, general formula M(UO 2 ) (XO 4 ·8–12H O where M may be Ba, Ca, Cu, Fe 2+ , Mg, Mn or 1/2(HAl) X is As P. Included in these minerals are autunite, metautunite, torbernite, meta-torbernite, meta-zeunerite, saleeite sabugalite. Compared with results spectroscopy, microscopy shows excellent band separation enabling identification bands attributed (UO units, PO AsO units. Common all spectra were at around 900 818 cm −1 antisymmetric symmetric stretching vibrations Water autunites highly structured arrangement interlayer micas. molecules differentiated according strength hydrogen bonds formed between water adjacent uranyl–phosphate uranyl–arsenate surfaces hydration sphere cation.
