摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects low doses (75 mg and 150 mg) caffeine on mood cognition in healthy people, with minimal abstinence 1 h from caffeine. Improvements were obtained for attention, problem solving delayed recall, but not immediate recall or working memory, performance placebo condition close maximum, giving little margin improvement.
