Effects of caffeine on cognition and mood without caffeine abstinence.

摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects low doses (75 mg and 150 mg) caffeine on mood cognition in healthy people, with minimal abstinence 1 h from caffeine. Improvements were obtained for attention, problem solving delayed recall, but not immediate recall or working memory, performance placebo condition close maximum, giving little margin improvement. For mood, there statistically significant increase clearheadedness, happiness calmness decreases tenseness. These performance-enhancing cannot be seen as representing an alleviation deficits induced by abstinence, because only deprivation
