摘要: Genetic improvement of sugar content in sugarcane would benefit from the availability sufficient DNA markers and a genetic map. linkage maps were constructed to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for seedling brix (SB), (B), sucrose percent juice (SUC), stalk number (SN), length (SL), diameter (SD), internodes (INT), green leaves (NGL), at three crop cycles across seven environments segregating population with 207 individuals derived bi- parental cross elite cultivars. Linkage analysis led construction eight groups (LGs) Co86011 sixteen LGs CoH70. The combined two was 2606.77 cM distributed over 24 LGs. 31 QTLs identified: 2 SB, 7 B, 6 SUC, 4 SN, 1 SL, 3 SD, INT NGL LOD scores ranging 2.69 4.75. (22 %) had stable effect year locations. Markers parents found be associated both positive negative on all traits analyzed. most important intervals identified this study using single-dose marker, qB2, qSUC2, qINT2 qSL2, located between SSR UGSM31548 UGSM31649. These could put into use marker assisted breeding.
