摘要: Respiration is a simple method to describe the overall condition of soils. Most usually, it suggested CO2 evaluation after 7 days. Our study compared relationship between soil respiration measured at different periods times (one and eight weeks cumulative respiration), as well basic properties quantification microbial fungal communities their activity. We located our research on three sites with post-mine soils in Poland afforested by pine, birch oak. Each site had derived from substrate. The samples were taken fermentation layer (Oe) mineral (A – 0–5 cm beneath Oe). In both studied layers such as: pH C, N contents analysed while texture was determined A only. Microbial each week eighth incubation period. analyses included determination ergosterol phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) profiles. nearly two time higher first than layers. Forest type substrate an effect Oe measurement times. affected only layer, decomposers play lead role, activity tree species however, bacteria predominated composition.
