摘要: Recent years have witnessed the development of colorimetric assay utilizing metal nanoparticles (NPs) as sensing elements based on their unique surface plasmon resonance properties. The NPs-based sensors, due to simplicity, high sensitivity, and low cost, been widely developed for detecting various analytes in homogenous solutions, which depend targeted analyte-induced reversible color switch between dispersion-aggregation states NPs. In this chapter, we introduce novel probes designed by our group detection biological thiols; chiral recognition enantiomers; visualization phthalates; multiplex Ag+ Hg2+.
