摘要: Artificial reproduction of asp under controlled conditions was done using two different spawning agents based on GnRH analogues and dopamine antagonists (Ovopel Ovaprim). Fish in the Ovopel Ovaprim combined treatment groups were treated with a dose equivalent to 1.2 pellets (0.2 1.0), 0.5 cm 3 liquid (0.1 0.4) 0.2 0.4 per kg body weight respectively. The highest percentage ovulation (100%) embryo-survival eyed-egg-stage (81.3%) recorded after application combination comparison other groups. from control group did not ovulate. latency time shorter where applied (40) than (42–44 hrs). obtained results indicates that might be successfully used for artificial asp.
