摘要: Tamoxifen is a preferred agent for the treatment of breast cancer. While efficacious, it not without serious side effects. Ocular toxicity to cornea, retina, and optic nerve have been reported. We present case tamoxifen retinopathy emphasize need periodic ophthalmologic examinations prevent loss vision.
