摘要: Abstract The aim of this work was to describe changes in fatty acid profiles fungi growing under artificial conditions oxygen depletion. In total, 133 fungal strains belonging eight orders were isolated from cattle impacted soils and tested. analysis the ten most frequent acids revealed significant shift composition as a result decreasing level. Taxonomic- well aeration-dependent amounts biomarker (18:1ω9 18:2ω6,9) found. Therefore, ratio these two could be considered an indicator anaerobic, microaerobic or aerobic soil. Moreover, acid-based estimation biomass should performed sum both with respect soil characteristics community.
