摘要: This study aims to describe the experiences of nurses caring for cancer patients in non-specialist wards. The was conducted a large (420 beds) and small (32 hospital an area health service with urban rural populations west Sydney. A qualitative descriptive approach utilized collect data from nurses. Data were collected using survey in-depth interviews working Transcribed managed Nudist Vivo software analysed common themes process constant comparison contrast. Twenty-five surveys returned five volunteered be interviewed. six major that emerged analysis were: emotional nature care, lack time, knowledge treatment, family support, environment not conducive proper care dealing patient's non-acceptance diagnosis. this wished provide quality supportive their families but inconducive inadequate relevant training hindered nurses' efforts. then presents further need time management, meet up these challenges.
