摘要: This article describes how Bechtel`s PowerLine concept brings economies of scale and the fundamentals mass production to plant design construction. Privatization, globalization commoditization will shape power industry for decades come. Diverse as these forces are, they are bound together by a common business imperative: need low-cost, high-quality energy that provides operators developers with great potential return on equity.
