摘要: Abstract Polyoxometalates (POMs) are the oxyanion clusters of early transition metals (mostly molybdenum (VI), tungsten (VI) and vanadium (V)) they show interesting properties particularly in field catalysis sensing chemistry. In this work blue (MB), phosphomolybdenum (PMB) arsenomolybdenum (AsMB) prepared using glutathione (GSH) as reducing agent acid–free condition. The MB species further characterised by UV–vis spectroscopy, Raman XPS, powder XRD FTIR spectroscopy. solutions showed an exciting behaviour Aqueous Biphasic Systems (ABS) PEG#4000 Na2SO4 phase forming components. PMB partition to micellar medium PEG upto 44 % 66 respectively but AsMB is not at all partitioned. Therefore method useful for differentiating AsMB. has been recovered ultra-filtration technique after ABS. experiment also reveals that GSH, a biomolecule with high physiological impact, can be detected trace concentrations formation both water blood serum media.
