摘要: The electrochemical oxidation of 2,6-diaminopurine (2,6-DAP) was studied in pH 7.4 phosphate buer solution on multiwall carbon nanotube modied glassy electrode (MWCNT/GCE) over a temperature range 20 to 50 C using cyclic voltammetry. 2,6-DAP MWCNT/GCE showed well-dened and irreversible peak at about 0.72 V vs. Ag/AgCl 7.4. potential linearly varied with the 3.0 10.0 slope {0.0547 V/pH, implying that 2 protons were accompanied by electrons transferred reaction. activation energy, Ea, reaction found be 33.10 � 1.88 kJ/mol. dierential pulse voltammetric determination also studied. currents increased increasing concentration from 0.4 mol/L 80 mol/L. linear regression equation appeared as Ip/ A = {(1.66 0.42) + (4.21 0.11) (2,6-DAP)/ mol/L, R 0.9982, detection limit (S/N 3) 3 10 7 0.015 (n =3). electrocatalytic acid pretreated can used new applications determinations biologically important compounds.
