摘要: Precise identification of tumor margins is the utmost importance in neuro-oncology. Confocal microscopy capable rapid imaging fresh tissues at cellular resolution and has been miniaturized into handheld probe-based systems suitable for use operating room. We aimed to perform a literature review provide an update on current status confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) technology brain surgery.
