摘要: Rhizoma Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides (RAMP) have been reported to a variety of important biological activities. In this study, an ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction (UAEE) was employed obtain the highest yield and strongest antioxidant activity RAMP optimized by multi-response optimization process. A three-level four-factor Box-Behnken design (BBD) performed as response surface methodology (RSM) with desirability function (DF) attain optimal parameters. The DPPH scavenging percentage used represent ability RAMP. maximum D value (0.328), along (59.92%) (13.28%) were achieved at 90.54 min, 57.99 °C, 1.95% cellulase 225.29 W. These values further validated found be in good agreement predicted values. Compared other methods, both obtained UAEE favorable method appeared time-saving high efficiency. results demostrated that is appropriate effective technique. Moreover, RSM DF approach has proved adequate for parameters This work wide range implications operation polysaccharide processes.
