摘要: Al7Mg5Si-based TiC reinforced composites have been produced by casting methods. The microstructures of the monolithic alloy and composite materials are explained in terms solidification phenomena. presence significantly alters matrix microstructure both causing extensive grain refinement altering extent morphology Mg2Si phase. particles serve as potential nucleation sites for effect reinforcing on sliding wear performance at has also investigated. additions improve overall rate alloy.
