摘要: A composition suitable for forming polyalkylsilsesquioxane coatings is prepared by emulsion hydrolysis of one or more silanes in the presence a nonvolatile, nonionic catalyst, fluorochemical surfactant and sufficient water to only partially hydrolyze silanes. The resulting stable will form final resin upon exposure atmospheric moisture. novel resin, polymethyl/isobutylsilsesquioxane, particularly such coatings.
