摘要: Sustainability urgently asks for low dielectric loss and a percolation threshold (fc) while developing high constant (Hi-k) conductor/polymer composites. In this work, novel hybridized graphene (PIL–TrGO) was first reported using two-step process, including the decoration of an epoxy functionalized ionic liquid (IL) on surface thermally reduced oxide (TrGO) through πcation–π interaction, followed by in situ polymerization IL. The DC conductivity PIL–TrGO hybrid is as good that TrGO. Then, different loadings were added into cyanate ester (CE) to prepare series composites; TrGO/CE composites also prepared comparison. Different from TrGO, PIL has large amount groups, which guarantees dispersion CE matrix, thus provides base transferring outstanding electrical properties When loading fillers approaches (fc), at 100 Hz PIL–TrGO/CE are about 13 0.57 times composites, respectively, fc still 0.94 wt%. mechanism studied discussing simulating impedance spectra, results show possess more micro-capacitor structures than moreover, cation–anion charge layers TrGO surfaces enhance Maxwell–Wagner–Sillars polarization between then markedly increase PILs coated act electron insulative decrease induced leakage current conductive carbon layers.
