摘要: This chapter discusses two major approaches to business ethics which rest on the foundation of social contract theory: contractualist position Integrative Social Contracts Theory (ISCT) and contractarian Order Ethics. Both are summarized analyzed critically. It turns out that Ethics might remedy some defects ISCT.
