摘要: Agitation or delirium during early emergence from anesthesia was first described in the 1960s [1,2]. Smessaert and colleagues [1] three types of recovery anesthesia: (1) patients with a tranquil uneventful recovery; (2) who showed moderate degree restlessness; (3) were markedly delirious uncooperative, required special care restraint. They also two main causative factors for postanesthetic delirium. The related to anesthetic (cyclopropane more so than ether barbiturates) surgical procedures (peripheral surgery less intrathoracic intra-abdominal surgery), second individual characteristics patient (e.g., sex, age, mental attitude). finally hypothesized that primarily influenced by patient’s personality pain not essential factor causing [1].
