Color homogram for segmentation of fine needle biopsy images

摘要: In this paper, a new weighted clustering algorithm for image segmentation in cytopathology is introduced. The weights incorporating spatial information into pixel-based are computed with use of color homogram. effectiveness the proposed solution evaluated on microscopic fine needle biopsy (FNB) images. results classical fuzzy c-means and its modification compared.
